Want to know a fun fact about this long-standing colonial city? Warwick was traded for Wampum (shell beads) in 1642. Later, the Gaspee Affair helped ignite the Revolutionary War, adding to the area's incredible history. Those who adore the days of yore will find loads of landmarks and museums to explore.
