Travel with a group is challenging. Villa Josephine made it easy. All of my kids wete impressed. My swimmers loved the pool. My explorer/history lover enjoyed the proximity to Kotor. My cat lover has decided he is moving to Montenegro. Villa Josephina has it all; whether you want relaxation or adventure. Hugh was amazing, he was very present, and easy with whom to communicate.

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner cold. It was very conveniently located. We were able to walk to and from restaurants without any difficulty. Roberto was a wonderful host and met us at the entrance to town and drove us to our accommodations and even helped carry our luggage. We were able to check in early. He also did the same when we were leaving. Everything was very clean and the sheets smelled so fresh. We loved our stay and will recommend to our friends.

The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The property description should state that only the common areas are heated & cooled. While the accommodations are very good we would suggest the following to make renters stay even more comfortable: written instructions for operating kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher operation is not self-evident); wifi is weak - install boosters; bedrooms need more clothes hangers in armoires (2 per room insufficient); add clothes hooks in bedrooms particularly in bedroom with only shelves in armour; add towel hooks in bathrooms (1 small hook in each is insufficient); wooden sticks/bars to hold shutters open to prevent banging and closing with the wind. We had numerous wasps in the kitchen - their entry point should be found and closed - the property manager stated that they probably entered when we opened the kitchen door and although we were careful and watched this was not our experience. We hope these suggestions are found to help make an excellent rental even better.

Our stay at Aleria Villa from July 9th to July 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 8, which included my wife, our two daughters, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and myself, enjoyed every moment in this stunning villa. The villa itself was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Santorini weather. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Stavroula. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From assisting with transportation reservations to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, she was always super responsive to our requests and needs. The combination of the luxurious villa and the exceptional hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Aleria Villa to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Santorini. Poggio dell'Eremita was the last stop of our month in Tuscany and it was absolutely the most relaxing. Nestled amongst olive trees, the villa was super clean and so lovely. Comfortable seating, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, and multiple places outside to sit, read, and eat. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, including bottles of wine available to purchase, and we also ate out at a great nearby restaurant Scroccazucche, recommended by our wonderful hosts Fabrizio and Nicola. We enjoyed a great tour of the gardens surrounding the house and got introduced to (rooster) Trump and his chickens, who were very quiet and polite and gave us 3 fresh eggs. We loved eating breakfast at the patio table outside the kitchen and relaxing in the afternoon on the covered back porch. The stairs to the bedroom areas are narrow and steep, but have good handrails and lighting. Upstairs there are screened windows that allow the breeze and an AC when it's too warm. Outside the bedroom is a rooftop deck with an amazing view across the valley and surrounding hills. Drive a little past where google directs, go around the next corner and look for the "Eremita" sign on the left where you can park your car...you won't regret a stay at this sweet villa! Fabrizio and Nicola are delightful hosts!
