The pictures do not do this property justice. It is even more beautiful in reality. The house itself is set low in the ground so it stays cool but the owners have installed airco in the bedrooms for extra comfort sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot/pan/cooking implement you could need. The pool is exceptional. The owners clearly love this property and they love hosting vacationers. You feel it in every corner of this meticulously maintained home. Location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were able to see San Gimignano , Poggibonsi, Monterigionni, Firenze, Castellina in Chianti and Siena in a week. Travel hack for Florence, if you have a car, highly recommend parking at Villa Costanza parking and taking the tram into the city. Easy and affordable way to get into the city for a day trip. I went over with the family to meet my daughter after her overseas study program. I was hesitant to book due to it not having any reviews but that was only because it was a new listing. The apartment was great, clean, modern but with exposed beams and brick walls. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus a loft. The host was engaging and professional. The location was perfect. I expect it to become very popular as more people book and the reviews start rolling in.

We had the most magical wedding we could imagine here. All of the staff were so kind and accommodating. This will be a trip we will never forget. I can't say enough great things about the people, the stay, the wedding, etc. Highly recommend!

Very nice and cozy place.

My group of 8 family and friends really enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Le Fontanine! The villa is large and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We loved the pool and the outdoor table with stunning views. The trip into Florence is easy. The villa is on a busy road, but you would never know when you are in the house, you hear no traffic noise. When we booked, we received a great Guest Information Book which had lots of information about the area and helped with booking day trips and a chef to come to the villa to cook dinner and to give us a cooking class.

The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed breakfasts in the dining area and used the property as a base as we explored Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. This was the perfect place for us. The views from the master bedroom and the pool area, including sunsets, were like nothing I have seen in my life. We could not believe we were staying in such a wonderful place. The washing machine was used several times as we prepared to move on to the next leg of our journey. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and did I mention the views? Beautiful!

We booked this property last year with great expectations and after our 9 day stay it has exceeded everything we hoped for. Our host Isabella was the best and helped with recommendations and the little things that set this property apart from others in the area. I highly recommend this property and quaint little home to anyone visiting the Lucca area in the future.

We are just back from our stay and it was a truly genuine Tuscan experience. We were treated to a gorgeous meal on our night of arrival with our host Francesca and her family. She made us all the local dishes, we tried her stunning wines and we got so much advice on where to visit on our trip from her. She was so helpful, we just texted throughout our stay with any questions. The villa was stunning, and the pool was a huge hit with our teenagers. This is a great spot to explore from and we went to Lucca, the beach at Forte di Marmi, La Cinque Terra and also a trip to see some caves. But it was so lovely to come back to the vill a and relax each evening. It had everything you could possibly want to cook and also plenthy of towels etc... Overall an absolute hit, would love to return!
